Hidayah are always after eager, pro-active and enthusiastic volunteers to support the work of the Management Committee. We have the following roles below available if you have the skills necessary to help us:
Social Media Volunteer - this exciting role will involve the following duties:
Carrying out research to obtain quality content and sharing relevant information on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Dealing with messages addressed to Hidayah’s accounts via social media.
Promoting events, fundraising and research opportunities as directed by the committee.
Dealing with issues, queries and questions directed at the social media volunteer by the committee or other volunteers.
Group Facilitator - this exciting role will involve the following duties:
Planning regional meetings and events on a monthly basis. We run groups all over the UK, with a chance to include other areas based on demand.
Designing plans for group activities, both recreational and educational.
Coordinating venue location, designing publicity and communicating this with members and on social media. Support will be provided for this.
Providing and responding to feedback to help improve the quality of these sessions and boost further engagement.
